Empire Bakery Commissary, LLC
Empire Bakery Commissary opened in Roanoke, Virginia in 1997 and has been a fixture in the Rocky Mount, Virginia community since relocating in 2010. The bakery specializes in creating custom, hand-decorated cakes and desserts for major retailers. In 2020, Empire completed an expansion to add production space, refrigeration and freezer capacity and Associate welfare space. With over 200 employees, the company continues to experience rapid growth and plans for further expansion.
