Empire Bakery Commissary, LLC
Empire Bakery Commissary opened in Roanoke, Virginia in 1997 and has been a fixture in the Rocky Mount, Virginia community since relocating in 2010. The bakery specializes in creating custom, hand-decorated cakes and desserts for major retailers. The company broke ground on a new expansion to their facility in 2019 and business has been growing exponentially. The current workforce is at approximately 150 employees and the company has plans to expand in the future.
